It's a wrap - this will be my last post for a while, as I am taking holidays! I will be back blogging in the New Year.
Did you catch my Christmas post last week? Sharing what Christmas looks like in my home and how we are spending Christmas day? After the festivities and fun are over we are escaping for three nights over new years eve to the Sunshine Coast. I have booked a little holiday house, that is pet friendly, so Mr Coopar will be in tow, as well as the boat too. I can't deprive Hubby from fishing whilst we are on holidays, that would be too cruel wouldn't it?!
I am so looking forward to lazy days at the beach - nothing but a beach umbrella, an esky full of food and endless sunshine. A simple BBQ at night and then repeat that again...bliss!
I did my Christmas food shopping yesterday, however there were a handful of items that were sold out, like Changs fried noodles. I thought I would make this healthy noodle salad using the fried noodles. So back to the shops briefly today - and then I am DONE. Woo!
